Hey, I hope one of you guys went in through the auditions! Matin confirm baik nye! Dah lah dapat offer dari isteri Rafaat Hamzah. Kemain lagi! But whatever it is, we had fun. As those who didn't know, we auditioned for this Malay short film called Genggam. It is an action-thriller indie film which comprises the elements of silat. Aimi was asked to be able to perform physical stunts from the judges, harap-harap tak patah kaki sua eh kalau dapat masok? Aku pulak nervous nak mampos time dorang ambek gambar aku. Mestilah, depan judges. Nak buat pe, step cool pon terketar-ketar badan! Dilah pulak nak re-enact zaman Kayla dia, tapi tak kesampaian.
The judges were the directors and Rafaat Hamzah. Jangan main-main, dia punye komen dahsyat abis! Dia cakap aku macam budak "Mat Yoyo"? Aku payah menerima kritikan itu tapi aku sedar bahawa aku sememangnye macam Aksi Mat Yoyo! Kan kene bawak watak budak-budak, suare tu mesti kemek and yes, the over-the-top hand exaggeration gestures. Malu aku, dah lah tu, kene video pulakkkk! Tapi Rafaat gerek ah, dia tanye kita semua pasal PPP. Terkejot ah, camne dia tahu kita menang banyak kan.
Kalau one of you all masok (aku memang tak akan nye), syabas! Boleh ah tengok korang buat stunts kepe, bukak kepak, panjat pokok, bunoh orang, joget dengan keris kepe eh?
It's not about talent, you know. So what if you have talent but you are not comfortable playing that role? When you're an actor, you should know and be ready of whatever role you get. Back in your head, you should know you must be ready to accept any role they'll throw at you.- Rafaat Hamzah
